In our message series leading up to Easter, First Hurst will focus on Jesus as the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. Beginning with imagery from the Old Testament which points forward to Christ, we’ll see how sacrificial lambs from as far back as the patriarchal times offer glimpses of the Savior. That will bring us to Palm Sunday and Easter, when we’ll see the Lamb slain for the sin of man and the victorious, risen Lamb who reigns forever.

Join us as our kids lead us in worship as we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant entry in Jerusalem.

We do well to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus at Easter, but in rushing to the gloriously empty tomb, do we miss the cruelty of the cross? Join us at the Norwood campus for this time of reflective worship. Let’s not miss the weight of our sin Jesus took upon Himself.

Our Family Easter Event is an exciting time for kids and families to experience various activity stations, filled with bubbly fun! We’ll hold two community events at the same time—one at The Trails campus and one at the Norwood campus—so we need double the candy! Please drop your individually wrapped candy at your campus office or at the donation buckets on Main Street. Volunteer through Church Center to participate in sharing the joy of Easter with our community.
