Welcome to First Hurst's Preschool Ministry! We minister to infants-Kindergarteners and their parents, believing that it is never too early to teach a child about our Savior. We provide a safe place filled with caring people who are passionate about teaching preschoolers the truths of the Lord. As the parent, you play the most important role in the spiritual development of your little ones. It is our desire to partner with you in teaching your child about Jesus. We look forward to working together to build foundations of faith in your preschooler.

God makes it very clear that He has formed us and shaped us with His own hands. He also teaches us and shows us how to live for Him. In fact, He is continually shaping us to be the person He wants us to be. Just as He showed Jeremiah in Jeremiah 18, we are like the clay and He is the potter. He is molding us and making us into individual, unique creations.

As children, we are the most open to allowing God to mold us and shape us. At First Baptist Hurst, our goal for preschoolers is to provide opportunities for them to be "Shaped by God." We teach them, we love them, and we show them who God is, so that they will allow God to shape them into the wonderful creation He wants them to be.

We offer many opportunities for preschoolers to learn and be shaped through play, hands on activities, Bible stories, Holiday events, life application activities, service projects, etc. We consider it a tremendous privilege to provide age-appropriate, fun learning opportunities so our children can be...
